Nasce fra gli scogli di Zoagli, nel Levante ligure.
Studia architettura a Genova seguendo le orme materne, si trasferisce a Milano dove approda da Boffi, il regno del design e dell’innovazione applicati all’arredo-bagno. Si innamora dei dettagli, delle linee pulite, del Bello.
Il lavoro successivo è presso lo studio Parisotto-Formenton, dove si affaccia a un panorama nazionale e internazionale.
Torna alle radici per amore, trasferendosi a Genova e collabora per anni con Duferco.
Segue un altro trasferimento. La sua natura nomadica non oppone resistenze, non crede nel paradigma della sedentarietà. Arriva a Londra. Sperimenta un modus operandi lontano dal sistema Italia, fatto di velocità, efficienza, ritmo. Abbraccia un’attività di libera professione, inizia a scoprire il gusto di disegnare oggetti su misura per alcuni clienti e avverte che quella è la direzione.
Torna a Genova e decide che è il momento di mettere alla prova quel coraggio che molti le riconoscono. Apre la sua azienda e la chiama con il suo nome perché sa che ogni creazione avrà un pulviscolo di sé.
Nel frattempo arrivano i riconoscimenti per il suo lavoro ed ottiene, tra le altre, una pubblicazione su AD Italia.
She was born among the rocks of Zoagli, in the wonderlful Ligurian Riviera.
She studied architecture in Genoa following her mother’s footsteps, then moved in Milan where she worked in Boffi , the realm of design and innovation applied to bathroom and kitchen furnishings. She falled in love with the details, the clean lines, the Bello.
The next adventure was at the Parisotto-Formenton studio, a well reknown architectural studio, where she faced an international panorama.
Back to the roots for love, she moved to Genoa and collaborated for years with the multinational Duferco Engineering, for various restructuring project related to industrial dismissed areas in Belgium and bucolic renovation of villas in Tuscany.
Another transfer followed. Her nomadic nature did not oppose resistance, she did not believe in the paradigm of a sedentary lifestyle. She arrived in London. She experienced a modus operandi far from the Italian system, based on speed, efficiency and rhythm embracing a freelance activity, and she started to discover the taste of designing custom-made objects for some customers and decided that that was the direction.
She returned to Genoa and decided that it was the time to test her abilities and experience. She founded her new company and called it by her name because she knew that every creation would have a dust of herself.

Filosofia
Uno sguardo rivolto ai Maestri, la predilezione per le linee pure, un pizzico di ironia e un’eleganza senza tempo. Le sue prime creazioni sono lo specchio di ciò che è e vuole essere. Classica ma con carattere, essenziale con dettagli originali. I suoi lavori realizzati in ferro, legno e pelle portano il segno delle sue radici attraverso alcune finiture con cromature proprie delle navi che nascono nel Porto di Genova. Il suo senso dell’umorismo fa capolino con poltroncine dagli schienali fuori scala e sedute molto strette che – come la famosa sedia di Bruno Munari – invitano a “visite brevissime”. Il suo gusto retrò si condensa in una seduta a pouff che invita a quella compostezza di un tempo dove la classe era semplicemente saper fare silenzio quando gli altri facevano rumore.
A look at the Masters, a predilection for pure lines, a pinch of irony and timeless elegance. Her first creations are the mirror of what she is and wants to be as an artist. Classic but with character, essential with original details. Her works are made of iron, precious metals, Italian marbles and leather and bear the mark of her roots through some finishes with the chrome of the ships born in the Port of Genoa. Her sense of humor peeps out with oversized backrests and very narrow chairs that – like the famous Bruno Munari chair – invite to “very brief visits”. Her retro taste is condensed in a pouf seat that invites you to the composure of the past, where class means beeing able to keep silence when others made noise.
The natural elegance is captured in the designs with impeccable lines and sober material combinations, so as with unusual combinations that always give a special allure to the rooms they occupy.
